Australian Crown casino has got the permission to construct one of the tallest property of the country.
The casino will develop a huge 90-storey tower at Southbank.
The casino has got the approval from Andrews’s government to make $1.75 billion 90-storey tower.
The project would be in eight hectares.
The property would be the tallest one in Melbourne region once completed.
The property will be of 322 metres which is over 25 metres than Eureka Tower.

The premier of the property said in an interview that it would create over 4,000 jobs. 3,000 jobs will be created during construction time; whereas 1,000 jobs will be created after completion of the property for the operation of the property.
Mr Andrews further said that it is not about the building is tallest of something like that, but it is all about what we would provide our customers.
The property will set a mile stone for people living in this area. According to him the benefits of the property will be accessible by all the Victorians. This is a very very special project for me, he added.
The planning minister of the state Mr. Richard Wynne approved this project of Mr. Andrews after at least 12 months of bi-lateral talks along with property developer and Melbourne City Council.
The developer mentioned that “the process has been managed very carefully”, because we are going to develop a huge property, it is our responsibility to pick right people ahead of work and that’s what we have done till now.
We have selected Crown Casino for the development of this particular property.
According to the deal Crown casino and the developer Schiavello group will have to pay an amount of $100 Million towards community package.
